A Question, Answered in Writing

Send me one question. I'll answer it myself, with the I Ching, the cards or your chart, whichever speaks to it best, and you'll have it in writing within 48 hours, with what I see and why. When the banner at the top says Answering questions today, expect it back sooner.

3

I Write Back

Within 48 hours, or the same day when the banner says I'm answering questions today: what I see, and the reasoning behind it.

The Nine of Swords

The Question That Wakes You at Three in the Morning

You know the one. You've turned it over so many times you can't tell any more what you think. The Nine of Swords shows the hour when a worry sounds louder than the facts.

Written down, a question gets smaller. Put it in a sentence or two, and I'll read the chart and the timing around it, so you have an answer to read again in daylight.

If we've met

Picking up a Thread

If something came up in our reading that you want to follow, you don't need another session to ask about it. Send it as a written question.

If you'd rather talk it through, a Focused Reading gives it forty-five minutes.

When one question leads to another

Some Questions Belong Together

A written answer works best for one clear question. If you find you're asking three things that all turn on the same situation, like a move, a relationship and the work that comes with them, we'll do better talking it through than writing three separate answers.

What counts as one question?

One situation counts as one question. A closely related follow-on is usually fine: "Should I take the job in Denver, and is spring or summer the better time to move?" is still one question. Two separate situations, like the job and an unrelated relationship, count as two.

What if I don't know my birth time?

Tell me when you send your question. I'll explain what I can see without it, and what that limits.

How long does it take?

Within 48 hours. When the banner at the top says I'm answering questions today, usually the same day.

I bought three questions. How do I use the rest?

Send them as things come up, by email to charliecro@gmail.com, with your birth date, time and place.

Will you use the cards?

I use whichever speaks to the question best: your chart, the cards or the I Ching.

Is this prediction?

Not in the fortune-telling sense. The chart and the cards describe the quality and timing of a season. You'll get a clearer sense of what you're working with, and you still write the script.
